Customs, Delays & Refused Shipments
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, or if delivery fails due to incorrect address information, the order may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, shipping costs and related fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items in a single order may ship separately if they originate from different suppliers or locations. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.
