Return Eligibility

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

Exclusions
Items that are worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging and tags are not eligible for return.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


International Orders, Duties & Taxes (Important)

For orders shipped internationally, including shipments originating outside the United States:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier charges are non-refundable

  • Any duties or taxes paid to customs authorities or couriers (such as DHL) are the responsibility of the customer

  • If you choose to return an international order, customs charges already paid cannot be reimbursed

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, or if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order may be returned to the sender or abandoned by the carrier

  • Shipping costs, customs charges, and related fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue promptly and provide next steps.
